Description
This flat copper wire extrusion line is specially designed for producing the flat copper wire from the copper rod by continuously extrusion. The line continuously feed rod material into a revolving squeezing wheel with groove, a sufficient temperature is generated by enormous force of friction and extrusion which make the material re-crystallized. And then material will be extruded and formed out of special dies. The wire surface is smooth and bright without burr.
